Recipe Ingredients for Pain de poisson

2 eggs
10 g salt
10 g pepper
15 g parsley
375 g cod
120 g breadcrumbs
400 g milk
40 g butter
1 tbsp flour

Recipe Directions for Pain de poisson

  1. Mix bread crumbs and a bit of milk along with cooked fish.

  2. Melt 30g butter, add flour and microwave 30s. Add milk, salt, pepper, and microwave again about 4 minutes.

  3. Mix both the bread crumbs and butter/flour/milk. Add 2 egg yolks. Add whipped egg whites. Add parsley. Use the remaining butter to grease mold and put in oven.
