health french toast made with egg whites and whole wheat bread. Serve with sugar free syrup.

Recipe Ingredients for pain perdu

2 slices nature's own 100% whole wheat
1/2 cup egg beaters or 4 egg whites
1 whole egg
2 tbsp fat free creamer
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
1 packet splenda
1/4 cup sugar free syrup

Recipe Directions for pain perdu

Mix eggs, creamer, vanilla, cinnamon, and splenda. Pour the mixture over the bread and let sit over night. "grill" soaked bread on a skillet for about 1 minute on each side.
