1/5 gram ground cinnamon
8 2/5 grams Egg, Whole
26 2/5 grams Original
17 3/5 grams Semi-Skimmed Fresh Milk
25 grams Sourdough Loaf

Recipe Directions for Pain perdu

  1. mix one egg, 150grams almond milk,100grams of milk together

  2. slice bread into 25gram slices

  3. soak bread in mix

  4. pan fry soaked slices in non-stick pan without any oil.
