Recipe Ingredients for Paige's homemade energy bars

1/3 cup chopped almonds
1 cup oats
1/3 cup brown rice syrup
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
2 T water
40 grams protein powder
2 tbs ground flax seed

Recipe Directions for Paige's homemade energy bars

  1. Heat brown rice syrup, salt, cinnamon, protein powder, & a dash of water until well combined and less viscous.

  2. Add to mixture of oats & chopped almonds.

  3. Stir and press into PAM'd dish using wet hands.

  4. Chill & cut into desired amount of squares.

  5. Wrap up and store in freezer or fridge.

  6. Enjoy!
