Prawn and veg paella - 2 for dinner and then 2 lunches

Recipe Ingredients for Paella

200 g rice
250 g shrimp
1 onion, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
1 cup green beans
1 cup mushrooms, chopped
1/2 cup peas
2 tbsp olive oil
250 g vegetable stock

Recipe Directions for Paella

  1. Fry veg off, add rice, add spices, add stock.

  2. Cook 20 mins
