Recipe Ingredients for Pad Thai with Tofu

1/2 lb whole wheat spaghetti
12 oz tofu
1/8 cup soy sauce
1/8 cup white wine
1/8 tsp sugar
1 tsp sesame seed paste
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 cup lime juice
1 tbsp safflower oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 1/2 cups carrots, peeled
1/2 cup peas
1 small onion, halved and finely sliced
3 tbsp fresh cilantro
1/2 cup dry roasted peanuts

Recipe Directions for Pad Thai with Tofu

Cook noodles, roast tofu. Whisk together sauce ingredients. Stir fry in wok.
