Pad Thai flavored rice w/ Rice Noodles for extra texture!

Recipe Ingredients for Pad Thai Rice w/ Noodles

2 cups white rice
4 cups water
2 chicken breast
1 onion, diced
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
2 tbsp peanut butter, creamy
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 cup rice noodles, thin

Recipe Directions for Pad Thai Rice w/ Noodles

  1. Add rice and water to rice cooker

  2. Slice Chicken breast into chunks and add to rice cooker

  3. Roughly chop cilantro and onion and add to cooker

  4. Crack rice noodles in half and add to rice cooker

  5. Add remaining ingredients

  6. Stir well - make sure the peanut butter isn't clumpy

  7. Close lid and turn cooker on
