Chicken Pad Thai from the Baan Thai Cooking class. Chiang Mai.

Recipe Ingredients for Pad Thai

1 1/2 cup rice noodle, cooked
1/2 cup chicken, cubed
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 green onion, sliced
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 egg
30 g bean sprouts
1 tbsp garlic, diced

Recipe Directions for Pad Thai

  1. Prep rice noodles before by placing in warm water for 10 minutes.

  2. Heat oil and add garlic frying until fragrant

  3. Add chicken and stir until cooked

  4. Mix in one egg

  5. Add rice noodles and 1/2 cup of water. Stir until noodles are tender.

  6. Season with fish sauce(soy sauce), sugar, and oyster sauce

  7. Add bean sprouts and stir fry

  8. Garnish with sliced green onion or chives
