Made with Thai Kitchen packaged noodles and pad thai sauce. Added broccoli and chicken

Recipe Ingredients for Pad Thai made with Thai Kitchen Noodles and sauce

8 oz rice noodles
1 1/2 cup hot water
16 tbsp pad thai sauce
2 eggs
3/4 lb broccoli
400 g chicken breast
2 tbsp peanut oil

Recipe Directions for Pad Thai made with Thai Kitchen Noodles and sauce

  1. Steam broccoli

  2. Brown chicken breast in 1tbsp oil

  3. Remove Chicken from pan

  4. Scramble eggs in remaining 1tbsp of oil

  5. Soak rice noodles in hot water for 3 minutes

  6. Mix broccoli, chicken, eggs, and noodles with sauce.

  7. Heat through and serve
