Recipe Ingredients for Pad thai homestyle

1 cup rice noodles, cooked
2 tbsp peanut butter
1/4 medium red pepper
2 ounces broccoli, cooked
2 ounces tofu
1 ounce scallions, diced

Recipe Directions for Pad thai homestyle

  1. Cook rice noodles (not too much!), and drain.

  2. Saute scallions in olive oil.

  3. Add fresh red pepper and broccoli, and the tofu until cooked. Add rice noodles and peanut sauce (easy to make: natural p-butter, soy sauce, vinegar, lime juice.)
