Recipe Ingredients for Pad Thai Chicken

1 cup, chopped or diced Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
2 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp Oil, Sesame
1 cup, chopped Onions
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 cup, chopped Broccoli
2 cup Asparagus
1 medium Egg, Whole
1 serving Home Gourmet Spice Paste for Pad Thai
6.75 oz Maifun Rice Sticks

Recipe Directions for Pad Thai Chicken

  1. soften rice sticks according to package instructions.

  2. beat egg & chop all ingredients, set aside.

  3. heat oil in wok on high heat.

  4. stir fry meat for 1 minute.

  5. add egg and cook for 1 minute.

  6. add chopped veggies & cook till al dente.

  7. add drained noodles & spice paste.

  8. stir fry for 3 minutes or until fairly dry.
