thai chicken noodle with broccoli; should actually use 2 tbs dark soy sauce and 4 tbs light soy sauce.

Recipe Ingredients for Pad See Ew

2 tbs oil
1 garlic clove
1 lb rice noodles
6 tbs soy sauce
1 tbs sugar
1/2 lb broccoli florets
1 lbs chicken breast
1 egg

Recipe Directions for Pad See Ew

  1. Heat OIL in large wok

  2. Brown GARLIC

  3. Break up RICE NOODLE into oil and fry

  4. Add SOY SAUCE and SUGAR

  5. Spread out noodles and scramble EGG in center

  6. Add Chicken (cut into bite sized pieces first)

  7. Add BROCCOLI

  8. Cook until chicken is cooked and broccoli is at desired tenderness.
