Thai Rice Noodles with Chili and Basel

Recipe Ingredients for Pad Kee Mow

2 tsp fish sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 red onion
1 tsp garlic
3 tsp chili
5 basil leaves
152 g rice noodles
50 g firm tofu
400 g frozen vegetables
50 g mung beans

Recipe Directions for Pad Kee Mow

  1. Soak rice noodles for 15 minutes

  2. Boil frozen vegetables until soft

  3. Cook tofu in non stick fry pan, place to one side

  4. Cook onion, garlic, chili and basil in fry pan

  5. Add soy sauce and fish sauce

  6. Put rice noodles in boiling water for 2 minutes

  7. Add tofu, vegetables and rice noodles to wok

  8. Mix together and stir fry for 5 minutes

  9. Serve
