Recipe Ingredients for Pad Ga Pow (Strir fried basil with meat)

2 cups ground chicken
2 tablespoons chopped garlic
2 tablespoons chopped shallots
1 tablespoons jalapeno pepper
1/4 cup fish sauce
2 tablespoons sugar
1 cup basil leaves
1/2 cup bell pepper, cut into strips
1 teaspoon peppercorns

Recipe Directions for Pad Ga Pow (Strir fried basil with meat)

  1. Grind the garlic, shallots, and peppercorns into a paste.

  2. Put the paste into a medium sized skillet, and stir-fry the paste for about 15 seconds.

  3. Add in the chicken and the remaining ingredients, and stir-fry for 3 minutes, or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked.
