2 slices sourdough bread, toasted
2 oz. pico de gallo

Recipe Directions for Pacific Pannini from Jackson's

  1. Blacken the Tuna when cooking to a medium rare temp. Cut into cubes.

  2. Toast Sourdough

  3. Layer Provolone Cheese, Tuna, Pico, Provolone between the slices of toasted Sourdough

  4. COOK as a pannini (george forman grill type) or grill on a skillet with butter.
