Recipe Ingredients for P90X veggie soup

1 cup Chicken Stock
2 cup, chopped Carrots
1 oz Sweet Potato
2 cup, diced Celery
1 cup, chopped Onions
1 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow
1 cup Spinach
1 cup Organic Black Beans
1 cup Organics Navy Beans
5 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for P90X veggie soup

sautee carrots, onions and celery. add garlic and other ing. stir into a large pot and simmer until ready to eat. Add salt and pepper to taste.
