Recipe Ingredients for P90X - Level II - Shrimp Stirfry

8 oz shrimp, peeled
1/2 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
3/4 teaspoon rice vinegar
1/2 cup fat-free chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon ginger, minced
3/4 cup red onion, sliced in wedges
3/4 cup broccoli florets
1 cups snow peas, trimmed
1 cups mushrooms, halved
1/2 cup yellow bell pepper,cubed

Recipe Directions for P90X - Level II - Shrimp Stirfry

  1. Over medium heat, mix 2 tablespoons of the chicken broth with the rest of the liquid ingredients, ginger, and garlic.

  2. Add in vegetables and saute, adding vegetable broth as needed.

  3. When vegetables are tender, add shrimp. Cook until shrimp is transparent.
