Recipe Ingredients for P3 Sausage and Egg Muffins

12 large Egg, Whole
120 grams Pork Sausage, Fresh, Cooked
120 grams Cheddar Cheese
1/4 cup, whipped Cream, Fluid, Heavy Whipping
3 tbsp chopped Onions
3 tbsp Peppers, Sweet, Green

Recipe Directions for P3 Sausage and Egg Muffins

  1. Brown sausage in skillet. Divide cooked sausage, onions & peppers, and cheese evenly into 6 cups on a jumbo muffin tin. Whip eggs and cream with salt and pepper to taste and pour evenly over sausage mixture.

  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Loosen from cups with knife and enjoy one muffin per serving.
