got some chard from a friends garden today

Recipe Ingredients for p.s. chard

1 1/2 cups chopped chard
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1/4 cup chopped onion
3/4 tbsp olive oil
1 pinch salt
1/2 tsp margarine
1/8 tsp ginger powder
1/8 tsp cumin powder

Recipe Directions for p.s. chard

  1. saute chopped onion, garlic, and chard in the olive oil.

  2. cover for a few minutes.

  3. add water if dry.

  4. add in spices for hint of flavor.

  5. add in salt and margarine to taste.
