Recipe Ingredients for P-nut butter and jelly cupcakes

1 serving Moist Deluxe French Vanilla Cake Mix
20 oz Peanut Butter, Smooth Style
48 serving Shortening
8 oz ICBINB! Light (Soft)
6 cup Confectioners Sugar
0.5 cup Soy Milk, Fluid
4 oz Peanuts Dry Roasted
8 oz Strawberry Jelly

Recipe Directions for P-nut butter and jelly cupcakes

  1. Make cake as instructed bake 18 cupcakes.

  2. Beat p-nut butter, shortening, and margarine with beaters 5-7 minutes. Reduce speed add confectioners sugar until mixed. Beat in soymilk until smooth and spreadable. Put in pastry bag with large tip.

  3. Press 1/2 inch deep indentation into top of cupcakes with knife. Pipe ring of frosting around outside edge of cupcake and coat with crushed p-nuts if desired. Warm jelly and fill indentations with jelly. Cover with frosting.
