Recipe Ingredients for Oyster Stew

1 tbsp. margarine
1/2 onion, sliced
2 cups broccoli, fresh diced
10 mushrooms, sliced
1/3 cup flour
2 tbsp. cayenne pepper
1 cup(245 g) Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
1 pint Oysters
2 cups organic baby spinach
1 tsp. fish sauce
2 tbsp. recaito
1 tbsp. fresh oregano

Recipe Directions for Oyster Stew

Saute onions, mushrooms, garlic, and broccoli. Add flour then slowly add milk. Stir frequently, folding in spinach as the consistency thickens. Add oysters and cook for 5 minutes. In the last 5 minutes of cooking, add fish sauce. Add cayenne, fresh oregano, hot sauce, and recaito to taste.
