Recipe Ingredients for Oyster Mushroom with Miswa and Ginger Soup

140 grams oyster mushroom
10 grams ginger
5 grams garlic
20 grams onion
1/8 tsp salt
1 chicken bouillon cube
30 grams egg noodles
3 cups water
2 tbsp. oil

Recipe Directions for Oyster Mushroom with Miswa and Ginger Soup

  1. In a saucepan, saute ginger, garlic and onions in oil

  2. Add the the oyster mushrooms and stir

  3. Season to taste

  4. Add water and bring to a boil

  5. Add chicken bouillon cube

  6. Add egg noodles. Cover for 3 minutes.

  7. Serve hot.
