Recipe Ingredients for Oympic Smoothie

500 ml skim milk
140 g frozen raspberries
200 g frozen blueberries
1 medium banana
1 serving Protein Powder

Recipe Directions for Oympic Smoothie

  1. Add raspberries and blueberries in blender with 250 ml milk and blend until smooth.

  2. Add remaining milk and ingrediants and blend until smooth.

  3. When you do not have chunks your smoothie is ready, pour in glass and enjoy!
