Recipe Ingredients for Oy Gratin potatoes

420 g Red Potatoes,sliced
110 g Onion, sliced
1 tbsp Whole Wheat Flour
78 g nonfat cottage cheese
1/2 tsp salt (or 1 tsp chicken soup powder)
2 tbsp water
1 Black pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Oy Gratin potatoes

  1. Slice the potatoes and onions thinly

  2. Stir in rest of ingredients

  3. Pour into a small baking pan

  4. Bake at 400 degrees lightly covered for about 45 minutes.
