Recipe Ingredients for Oxtail Stew

1/4 cup of carrots
1/4 cup of diced potatoes
1/2 cup of beef broth
1/2 cup of water
1/4 lb of beef short ribs
3/4 teaspoon of salt

Recipe Directions for Oxtail Stew

Put all ingredients into a large pot and stew on low temperature for 3-4 hours until oxtail is soft. Substituted oxtail with short ribs since CC doesn't have oxtail as an item.
