Recipe Ingredients for Overnight Scrambled Egg Bake

16 ounce egg substitute
12 ounce fat-free evaporated milk
1 cup white bread
6 ounce turkey sausage
1 cup 2% cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Overnight Scrambled Egg Bake

Coat 9 X 13 inch baking pan with cooking spray. Beat aggs well and add milk. Place bread on bottom of pan. Toss ham or sausage over bread. Pour egg mixture over top. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Bake covered egg mixture at 350 for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes. Cut into 8 portions and serve.
