Recipe Ingredients for Overnight Oatmeal Yogurt

2 fl oz Vanilla
0.25 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
6 grams PB2
1 serving Trader Joe's Chia Seeds
58 grams Banana
4.007 oz Trader Joe's Greek Style Nonfat Plain Yogurt

Recipe Directions for Overnight Oatmeal Yogurt

  1. Add half a cup of yogurt

  2. And then a serving of chia seeds

  3. Then add the 1/4 cup of oats (old fashioned ones)

  4. Add one tbsp of pb2 powder or any other peanut butter of choice.

  5. Then add the almond milk.

  6. Also personal choice but you can add sweetner. Stevia is what i added, and however much you want is up to you. A serving size is what I would recomment unless you don;t think its sweet enough.

  7. Lastly add half a banana and stir very little.

  8. Place it in the fridge overnight, and enjoy in the morning!
