Recipe Ingredients for Overnight Oatmeal - Strawberry Banana

125 g 1/2 c - Nonfat Greek yogurt,
1/2 cup rolled oats
2/3 cup skim milk
1 tbsp. Original Raw Chia Seed Powder
1/2 banana, mashed
1 tbsp. organic strawberry jam

Recipe Directions for Overnight Oatmeal - Strawberry Banana

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a jar, mix well.

  2. Cover and place in refrigerator overnight.

  3. In the morning, mix in mashed banana and jam, mix well.

  4. ENJOY!
