1/2 cup old-fashioned oatmeal
1/2 cup reduced-fat milk, 2%
1/2 teaspoon raisins
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Overnight Oatmeal

  1. in cereal bowl, combine the oats, milk, raisins, and cinnamon. Cover + refrigerate overnight.

  2. In morning, stir in fresh fruit.
