Steel cut oatmeal that cooks overnight

Recipe Ingredients for Overnight Oatmeal

1 cup Bob's Red Mill steel cut oats
4 cups water
1/2 cup skim milk

Recipe Directions for Overnight Oatmeal

Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker before going to bed. Set temperature to Low. Cook overnight (8-9 hours). Serve with brown sugar, maple syrup, cinnamon, raisins, chopped fruit, etc.
