2 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
2 cup Simply Smart Fat Free
4 large egg Eggland's Best Egg
1 tsp Baking Soda
2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 tsp Nutmeg, Ground
0.5 tsp Allspice, Ground

Recipe Directions for Overnight Oatmeal Pancakes with Sweet Potato

  1. Mix the oatmeal and skim milk together.

  2. Add the mashed sweet potato to the oat mixture.

  3. Add dry ingredients and stir to combine.

  4. Add eggs and mix well.

  5. Add batter to medium hot pan by 1/4 cup fulls. Cook until brown and flip cooking for a minute on the other side.
