Oatmeal made the night before in a slow cooker. Makes a big batch which can be reheated for breakfast the following days. One serving = 1 cup.

Recipe Ingredients for Overnight Oatmeal - Apricots and Cranberries

2 cups steel cut oats
8 cups water
1/2 cup craisins
1/2 cup dried apricots

Recipe Directions for Overnight Oatmeal - Apricots and Cranberries

  1. Add oats and water to slow cooker

  2. Cook on low for 8 hours

  3. Turn off slow cooker

  4. Add dried apricots and cranberries

  5. Mix well

  6. Let sit 15-30 minutes
