Recipe Ingredients for Overnight Oat waffles

2 1/2 cups oats
1 cup skim milk
1 cup water
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup egg beaters
3 tablespoons flax seed meal
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Recipe Directions for Overnight Oat waffles

Put old fashioned oats in a blender and blend on high speed till you have a oat flour/oats blend. Add all other ingredients and blend till smooth. Put all ingredients in a covered bowl in the fridge overnight. In the morning spray the hot waffle iron with Pam and pour batter into the waffle iron and bake until golden brown.
