1/3 cup oats
1/3 cup oats
1 cup low fat milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Overnight, No-Cook Refrigerator Oatmeal PLAIN

  1. In a half pint jar or container, add oats, milk, yogurt, , vanilla extract, honey and cinnamon.

  2. Put lid on jar and shake until well combined.

  3. Return lid to jar and refrigerate overnight or up to 2 days. Eat chilled.
