muffins that can be semi prepped and completed in the morning

Recipe Ingredients for overnight muffins

3 cups flour
1 cups sugar
1 cup applesauce
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
3/4 cup milk
1/2 pound butter

Recipe Directions for overnight muffins

  1. sift the dry ingredients

  2. make sure that the melted butter is cooled

  3. now mix all the remaining wet ingredients with the dry

  4. keep in fridge overnight

  5. in the morning just add fresh fruits,granola etc in to the mixture

  6. add bananas mashed and chopped too

  7. 1 cup granola

  8. 1 cup diced walnuts

  9. 1 cup coconut

  10. fold into batter

  11. 350 degs for 25-30 mins
