Tasty low fat oven roasted veggies

Recipe Ingredients for oven roasted veggies

3 sliced zucchini
1 sliced yellow squash
3 sliced tomatoes
2 lbs mushrooms
1 tbs olive oil

Recipe Directions for oven roasted veggies

  1. coat bottom of pan with oil

  2. slice veggies, quarter mushrooms

  3. put veggies & mushrooms in pan

  4. season with Mrs. Dash or other as desired

  5. bake @ 400 for 12 minutes

  6. toss and enjoy
