1 1/2 pounds Potatoes
1 Red onion
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Kosher Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tbsp Rosemary

Recipe Directions for Oven Roasted Rosemary Potatoes

  1. Heat oven to 375F. Peel potatoes if desired; cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces. In 15x10x1-inch pan, toss potatoes, onion, rosemary, garlic, salt and pepper. Drizzle with oil.

  2. Roast 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
