Recipe Ingredients for Oven Roasted Red Potatoes & Asparagus

24 oz Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin
2 serving kraft light parmesan asiago balsamic vinaigrette
12 grams Garlic
1 tsp Rosemary, Dried
1 tsp, leaves Thyme, Dried
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
35 spear, small (5" long or less) Asparagus
1 dash Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Oven Roasted Red Potatoes & Asparagus

  1. Preheat oven to 425F/ 220C.

  2. In a large baking dish, toss the red potatoes with 2 Tbsp of dressing. Add garlic, rosemary, thyme and 1/2 the salt. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake 30 minutes in preheated oven.

  3. Mix in asparagus, remaining dressing and salt. Cover and continue to cook 5 minutes. Remove foil and continue cooking 5 - 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender and lightly browned.

  4. Season with black pepper according to taste and serve.
