Roasted Potatoes, Olive Oil, Salt & Pepper

Recipe Ingredients for Oven Roasted Potatoes

240 g red potatoes
150 g potatoes
2 tbs olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Oven Roasted Potatoes

  1. Wash and cut potatoes in eights

  2. Mix olive oil, salt and pepper

  3. Turn potatoes in mix to cover

  4. Spread in roasting pan

  5. Bake in oven 25-30 min at 425F
