Recipe Ingredients for Oven Roasted Potatoes

3 lbs potatoes
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
6 oz (3/4 cup) Kraft Light Zesty Italian salad dressing

Recipe Directions for Oven Roasted Potatoes

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

  2. Cut potatoes in 8ths and then slice in about 1/2" slices.

  3. Place potatoes, cheese and dressing in large (1 gallon) Ziploc bag. Shake and mix around until potatoes are evenly coated.

  4. Line a pan (I use bottom portion of a broiler pan) with aluminum foil. Spray generously with non-stick cooking spray. Place potatoes in pan, in a single layer.

  5. Cook potatoes for 12 minutes. Flip potatoes over and cook for another 12 minutes.
