Recipe Ingredients for Oven-roasted potatoes and beans

20 ounce potatoes
1 1/2 cups
1 tomato
1 green pepper
2 leaf romain lettuce
3 ounces feta
1/2 cup low-fat yoghurt

Recipe Directions for Oven-roasted potatoes and beans

  1. Slice potatoes and bake on sheet for 20 min

  2. Add cooked beans and onions on top for 10 min

  3. Add feta and cook for another 15 min

  4. Take out and add veggies.
