Oven-roasted potato wedges - a delicious and satisfying side-dish; a great alternative to fries!

Recipe Ingredients for Oven-roasted potato wedges

2 potatoes
1/4 tsp olive oil
1 tsp rosemary
1/10 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Oven-roasted potato wedges

  1. Wash the potatoes but leave on the skins. Cut each potato into 8ths, in wedge shapes.

  2. Rub the outside of the potatoes in olive and add to an oven tin.

  3. Bake at 230 degrees for 50-60 minutes, until golden brown. Add salt and any other spices you want (paprika or cumin is good).

  4. Go great with sour cream, as a side for fajitas.
