Recipe Ingredients for Oven Roasted Herb Potatoes

4 potato small (1-3/4" to 2-1/4" dia) Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin
4 serving Crushed Red Pepper
4 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp chopped Chives
1 tbsp, leaves Basil, Dried
1/4 tsp Sea Salt

Recipe Directions for Oven Roasted Herb Potatoes

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.

  2. Wash potatoes and cut into one inch slices and pat dry. Set aside.

  3. In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients except potatoes. Blend well.

  4. Add potatoes to mixing bowl and stir until well coated.

  5. Place potatoes single layer on a baking sheet sprayed with non stick cooking spray or covered with nonstick foil.

  6. Bake at 350F for 30 mins, turning once for even browning.
