Recipe Ingredients for Oven Roasted Chicken

6 oz Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1/2 tsp Meat Tenderizer Seasoned
1 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Oven Roasted Chicken

Heat oven to 400. Remove skin from breast and add meat tenderizer and black pepper. Wrap in aluminum foil and place in oven. Check in 20 minutes for doneness. Once it is almost done, add barbecue sauce and increase heat to 450(or turn on convection at the 400 degree.) When the sauce starts to bubble and caramelize wrap back up and let rest on top of stove for about 15 minutes. Eat or refrigerate immediately.
