Simple. crunchy. Can put some parmesan cheese in if you wish.

Recipe Ingredients for Oven roasted breakfast

0.5 link (4" long) Chorizo, Pork And Beef
1.5 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
0.5 serving Wholemeal bread with iron
2 tbsp Parsley
1 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for Oven roasted breakfast

  1. Cut chorizo into slices, and tomato/s into wedges.

  2. To apply breadcrumbs either roll tomatos in, or add later.

  3. Place tomatos onto baking tray first (on a layer of baking paper) followed by the chroizo lined on top.

  4. Sprinkle breadcrumbs over here if you did not before.

  5. Add salt and pepper if desired.

  6. Cook in a 180(celsius) oven for 15 minutes or until chorizo is browned.
