Tender Chicken and Onions oven roasted in Balsamic Vinegar seasoned with Parmesan Cheese and Thyme

Recipe Ingredients for Oven Roasted Balsamic Chicken and Onion Quarters

1 Chicken Breast
1 Onion
1/2 cup Vinegar, Balsamic
2 tbs. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 1/2 tsp.Parmesan Cheese
1 tsp. Thyme

Recipe Directions for Oven Roasted Balsamic Chicken and Onion Quarters

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees

  2. Cut Chicken into bite size pieces

  3. Cut Onion into quarters

  4. Distribute Chicken pieces and Onion quarters in an appropriate sized casserole dish

  5. Distribute Balsamic Vinegar, Olive Oil, Parmesan and Thyme over the Chicken and Onion and toss evenly.

  6. Place foil over the dish and put in the oven for 15 minutes then toss and place the dish back in the oven for another 10 minutes.

  7. Remove the foil and spoon sauce over Onion quarters and toss Chicken.

  8. Place dish back in the oven for 5 minutes, broiling dish for the last 3 minutes.

  9. Remove from oven and Enjoy!!
