Hearty meat and potato omelet baked in the oven. You should use cheddar if you do not have Turkish kasseri chesee.

Recipe Ingredients for Oven Omelet

4 eggs
3 potato (peeled, chopped, fried)
1 tomatoes (chopped)
100 gram cheddar (grated)
100 gram feta (grated)
1 tablespoon Mint
1 tablespoon Black Pepper

Recipe Directions for Oven Omelet

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease an 8x8 inch glass baking dish. Fry potatoes first slightly. Beat eggs in a large bowl. Stir in the potatoes and cheese, mint and pepper. Add tomatoes on top.
