Recipe Ingredients for Oven Grilled Vegetables

1 zucchini
1 squash
1 onion, large Vidalia
1 bell pepper, red
3/4 lb potatos, fingerling
1/8 cup olive oil, with herbs
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper

Recipe Directions for Oven Grilled Vegetables

  1. Slice vegetables

  2. Toss in a large bowl with the herbed olive oil, salt & pepper.

  3. Roast in a 400 oven for about 20-25 minutes.
