1 chicken breast (without skin)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1 tbsp yellow Corn Meal
1 egg white
1 tbsp bread crumbs

Recipe Directions for oven fry chicken breast low-cal!

  1. open chicken breast into 2 pieces. add all dry ingredients except bread crumbs and corn meal. mix corn meal and bread crumds together, set aside.

  2. beat egg white an set aside. place one chicken pieces on egg whites both sides and the add into corn and bread mix. in cookie sheet add 2 spray no calories spray. and add chicken. bake for about 35 minutes at 350* serve with steam sparragus.
