Recipe Ingredients for Oven Fries

1 1/2 lb potatos
4 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp rosemary

Recipe Directions for Oven Fries

  1. Preheat oven to 450

  2. Toss potato wedges with oil, salt, thyme and rosemary. Put on baking sheet.

  3. Bake until browned about 20 mins.
